Join our Team | End-of-Lease Inspector

We are looking for an End-of-Lease Inspector to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Property Management and Facility Management companies to schedule inspection dates and times with tenants;
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties;
• Identify any issues or defects and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance;
• Document all damages and/or defects by taking photos, ensuring each is timestamped;
• Verify the causes of damages with the OSM team, distinguishing between ageing and tenant mishandling;
• Clearly annotate the reasons for each damage and/or defect observed;
• Cross-reference tenant complaints or disclosures made during the leasing period, ensuring they match documented damages;
• Conduct a thorough comparison between the inspection reports generated by Property Management and Facility Management OSM, ensuring all listed damages are consistent. Any discrepancies should be flagged for review by Property Management;
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation regarding the property's condition at the end of the tenancy agreement, and for coordinating with the Seven Tides Facility Management Engineer;
• Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner;
• Prepare detailed inspection reports using specialised software;
• Maintain knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
