Description

The ideal candidate will be proficient and an energetic organiser with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to control and complete workloads, and appointment schedules. You must also be a proactive self-starter that is flexible and able to succeed in a high volume fast-paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Engineering Team;
  2. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate parties;
  3. Maintain polite and professional manners via phone, email and mail correspondence;
  4. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience;
  5. Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms;
  6. Liaising with suppliers and contractors;
  7. Liaising with other departments within the company;
  8. Other duties as may arise from time-to-time due to operational demands.

Education and relevant Experience

  1. College certification
  2. 1-5 years experience in the relevant field
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic accounting
  4. Accurate data entry
  5. Good time management skills
  6. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
