Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for a highly presentable Receptionist/Administrator with excellent communication skills you must also be well versed in Microsoft Office.

You will be in charge of meeting and greeting all levels of clients including VIP’s and must ensure all calls and visitors to the office are dealt with in a professional manner. Also required for this role are excellent administration skills as you will be supporting the Office Manager and her team.

Senior Sales Consultant - Real Estate Property Developer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the most dynamic high-end luxury Property Developers in the Middle East. We are looking for two consultants with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market. The Successful Candidate must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in UAE property market
  • Proficient English/Arabic written and verbal communication or English/Hindi written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • A proven track record of successful sales and an overachiever in thier last position is desired.
Responsibilities

As the Senior Sales Consultant your duties and responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Introducing the company properties to potential targeted investors and offering investment opportunities
  • Building relationships with outside brokers
  • Targeting potential buyers for specific properties
  • Build extensive network and opportunities by identifying HNI’s, individuals and corporations create long lasting relationships to generate repeat business
  • Negotiating the sale price, terms of agreement and mode of payment Liaising with third party real estate agencies, appointing them and follow up on the agreements
  • Dealing with owner representation offices, real estate agents and brokers, locally and worldwide
  • Develop new initiatives to maximize sales Representing the company in Real Estate exhibitions locally and internationally Work closely with CRM Team to maximize collections
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales requirements of Seven Tides
  • Scheduling appointments and accompanying clients on site visits Follow up on customer enquiries to maximize sales opportunities using proven methods
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Positive attitude to develop yourself and your career to the best of your ability
  • Reviewing your own sales performance and aim to meet or exceed targets set
  • Adhere to KPI’s discussed and agreed to by the Sales Manager and General Manager – Asset Management
