Immediate Position Available for a Real Estate Sales Agent

Do you want to be part of a launch of an exciting new Residential project in Dubai? We have a unique opportunity for a driven, hardworking and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a minimum of 2 years’ real estate experience and a proven track record of successful sales within Dubai.

Objective:

  • To undertake the sales activities on behalf of one of the leading developers in the region.
  • Working on new exciting project launches and to produce results.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for both direct and indirect sales.
  • Build a prospect base, which may involve making cold calls and attending trade shows and conventions.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities using modern methods i.e. social media and networking.
  • Well-versed in the product we offer and will from time to time need to utilize management to help in securing sales.
  • Seamless provision of customer administrative documentation to the Handover Manager following a successful reservation application.
  • Carrying out the day-to-day functions of sales either independently or in conjunction with other team members.
  • Keep up to date record of the sales availability and the current sales price.
  • Expected to have full detailed knowledge of all sales documentation including Reservations Form, SPA, JOPD, BMS, and Rental Management Scheme (if applicable).
  • Demonstrate an adequate understanding of the process of title registration and Dubai Land Department Activities.
  • Be knowledgeable and up to date on the competitive real estate market.
  • Entertainment of key customers and agencies as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be based in the UAE with at least 2 years Dubai Real Estate experience.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Arabic speaking is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • A well-established network within the industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales.
  • Result orientated and driven.
  • Pleasant and trustworthy.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Passionate about delivering high quality customer service and attention to detail.
  • A keen grasp of the trending Market here and in neighbouring areas of the GCC.
  • A working knowledge of sales rules and regulations in the region.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft including excel, word and outlook.
  • Real estate agent’s or broker’s licence required.
  • Applicants must have a valid UAE Driving License.

Customer Relations Administrator

  1. Prepare of Reservation Agreements
  2. Prepare of Sales and Purchase Agreements and any other sales related agreements
  3. Efficiently administer the process for receiving, recording and depositing payments in relation to Purchase Price, DLD charges, service charges and any other payments received under the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement and issuance of receipts.
  4. Follow up on outstanding collections and send payment reminders or any other notices in relation to the assigned projects, as required
  5. Ensure receipt of all documentation from the customer required to effect a legally binding sale
  6. Manage the process of signature and acceptance of documents
  7. Manage all communications with customers in relation to the assigned projects.
  8. Process Oqood/ title deed transfers at the Dubai Land Department including mortgaged and non-mortgaged transfers
  9. Liaise with the Dubai Land Department regarding new procedures and regulations for real estate sales.
  10. Ensure “completion of sale” is documented and handover is conducted professionally

Prerequisites:

3 years local real estate experience, preferably in sales Ability to handle multiple projects and multi-task Independent, confident and professional Fluent in English and Arabic
